Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, here at hempified co we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.
Hempified Corporation Refund Policy (Money-Back Guarantee)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
We kindly inform you that a $8 restocking fee per bottle will be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with restocking and sanitizing the bottles to uphold our commitment to quality and hygiene standards.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hempified.io and we will advise you where to send your product.
Incorrect Item Received/Defect
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

The name of the item you did not receive
The name of the item you received in its place
A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process.
All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date
